Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend upon your location and the courier partner, and is generally delivered in 2-6 days after shipping.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are indicative only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- Strikes
- Remote serviceable locations
- Courier operational delays
TAVRAJ shall not be liable for delays caused by such events.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated delivery failures may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Damaged Shipment
If the outer package appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend either:
- Refusing delivery, where possible, or
- Recording photographs before opening the package and notifying us within 48 hours.
